Charlee at Daycare!

Charlee loves Miss Ally! They played and did arts and crafts while the other munchins slept -- she must be a smart girl - lots of attention and play time instead of a nap! duh! i would do that too!
We love Tinker Tots - they're amazing!!!!

Charlee Rae :: 8.5 months!

i cannot wait to show everyone Charlee's Halloween Costume! yeah! She's going to look so darn cute - hopefully she doesn't grow out of it within the next 1.5 months :o/ I think i get too excited about this stuff and jump the gun :o) That's okay, i give myself permission!

Charlee's daycare teacher, Miss Ally, just sent me this picture message of Charlee Rae playing outside with her friends :o) made my day!
She then texted me and said, "She is doing great! We're playing outside. She was making the other 3 laugh during their snack time cuz she was drumming the tray with one arm in the air, haha!"

So i guess Charlee has taken a liking to entertaining a crowd and playing the drums!? perhaps she'll be just like her daddy :o)

My princess! She made my day this morning... I heard her waking up so i always go into her room and peek my head over her crib and say "Goodmorning Princess!" I'm usually greeted with a HUGE smile and sleepy eyes :o) so this morning she heard me... "GoodMorning Princess" and she went from laying down to sitting up really fast, but was facing away from me -- she turned her head to the right and left in confusion (so i said it again) and she turned around and saw me and SMILED SUPER BIG and the started CLAPPING! haha, she made my day - i love that little pumpkin-butt xxoo

Charlee's newest friend at Daycare!

Yes, they are holding hands at lunch time :o) Charlee's teacher, Miss Ally, sent this to me and it made me smile! I just love that she's having a great time there. From the sound of it, Charlee doesn't like to miss out on any fun, so she will wait until all the kids go down for a nap to finally decide that she can too - she's always ready to socialize! So... Charlee hasn't been sleeping/napping super great, but she's happy as a clam, so we're fine with it.

It's official, Charlee is a climber, stander, crawler, scooter and walker (when you hold her hands).

She is up on EVERYTHING - we had to buy a baby gate and start setting up fake walls so she can't get to things. Operation baby-proofing has started! She also has four top teeth now too - they're totally thru the gums and she looks like goofy ... so freakin' cute! She's non-stop smiling and LOVES her new daycare. Miss Ally is her teacher and they do art projects, go for walks, sing songs, dance and read books. I can tell Charlee is a much happier baby there.

I can't believe how fast she is growing and this is the BESt age! She's our angel and we can't get enough of her or her cute bunzos! (katie ;o)
